Return Policy

We understand that occasionally orders may not be the perfect match. It's disappointing, but we get it and are ready to help process your return request. Qualifying for a full refund is simple. Kindly return items in their original packaging using our provided pre-paid return label within 30 days of receipt. It's important to note that for bundle promotions, the full set of items must be returned to be eligible for a complete refund. While we're more than happy to process your returns, please note that the difference for non-returned items that were purchased as a bundle promotion won't be refunded in the event of a partial return.

This return policy applies to new products only. Replacement parts are final sale. We are unable to process exchanges or store credit and all returns will be issued in the form of a refund. 

Return requests for multiple items or high-value orders may carry a small fee to help cover the return shipping cost. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to make your return experience as smooth as possible.
