Hi Mason, thank you for providing your feedback, we're sorry to hear the strap didn't fit your Firebowl. Our Standard Carry Strap is designed to fit out 823 Standard and 893 Deluxe Firebowls. The straps will measure approximately 28' from hook-to-hook, however, there should be a little bit of stretch in the 2 inches of stitching found right above the hooks; it should be a snug fit when inserted into the four openings where the legs and bottom of the bowl meet. Makes fire pit easy to carry and insert into carry bag.

Just don’t let anyone affix the strap over the fire pit cover until the pit has cooled down or this carry strap will melt, and you’ll be buying a replacement as I did here. Otherwise, the strap does what it’s designed to do. It’s durable and long-lasting.

We bought this to replace the one we melted. Works great Just don’t use it when the fire pit is hot!

Only reason for a 4 not a 5 is that I hadn’t used it yet and the original broke just putting on the first time i think it will be very good and sure feel the service get a 5
